Reverse Rett Colorado 2025

We are very excited to hold our event again this year to push forward research that we know will change Elsie Grgas’s life and the lives of 350,000 others who struggle with Rett syndrome. So much progress has been made since our last event. Clinical trials in gene therapy are underway and are showing promising preliminary results. It’s critical that we help our non-profit beneficiary, the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, build on this momentum. RSRT is carrying out a bold $40 million initiative called Roadmap to Cures to advance three more genetic medicines, beyond the current gene therapies, to clinical trials.
